Hi all,

We have been TTC for 2 years now. Last month we did our first round of Femara. I never got a strong positive on my ovulation tests, but we BD as much as possible. My period was due Friday and hasn't shown, or any of my normal symptoms (sore breasts etc). Tested Friday and was neg but haven't tested again. I have had dull lower back pain for about 1-2 weeks, with it becoming more severe over the weekend. Also, I normally have acid reflux controlled by Prilosec, but last week have had bad burning heartburn, seven eating blandly, which is new for me.

Can either of these symptoms be a sign this might finally be the month? Has anyone else experienced this when they first got pregnant?

I didn't know if it could be too early or not... Trying not to get our hopes up! Thank you for your thoughts! ❤️
