I've been seeing someone for a few weeks,  a short enough time that I'm not sure whether we've passed the threshold of "dating". He's significantly older than I am. He'll be 40 shortly and I'll be 25 in about a month and a half. It doesn't bother me, until I think about how my family will react if things get serious, or if even further down the line he's the one I settle down with. Has anyone experienced a similar situation?
