Mans best friend

So my boyfriend has this girl he considers as his friend in another state. She knows a lot about him more so on his past relationship/marriage before me. When we got together he laid it out on the table to her that all they will be is jus friends nothing more. She is currently in a relationship with someone w/ a child. But yet now that she knows me n him are together she has been throwing him shots as in she gon try to get him to be hers at whatever cost. I mention the shots she be throwing to him n he over looks them or not even notice them. Until she does it again in a different way. Am i over reacting to her stupidness or should i tell him he needs to cut her off? Please help
