So Im 28w2d and I've been having diarrhea for the past 3 days and I've also noticed baby has dropped. I have a history of premature labor. 3 out of my 5 current children were born premature. One at 30 weeks, one at 34 weeks, and another at 36 weeks. The one at 30 weeks was where my water broke spontaneously and labor was unavoidable. The other 2 premature births were due to placental abruption. This is my 6th and final baby. And I have read that diarrhea could be a sign that labor is soon to come. I sure hope not. But i just thought I would ask if any other women have experienced diarrhea in the 3rd trimester which did NOT lead to labor?
