Tongue Piercing

Of you ladies with a tongue piercing, what do you use to clean it? I brush my teeth and tongue twice a day, and use a half and half of listerine and water to rinse. Every few days I take the bar out and clean it real well, and put it back in. But I still don't feel like it's fully healed. I've been having a lot of pain with it these last few days. I got it done three months ago, my piercer said it would only take a few weeks to heal. Thanks!
