cold medicine while nursing?

I'm sure this gets asked constantly. I just can't find a post right now. What have you ladies taken for head cold/sinus pain and pressure while breastfeeding? Thanks in advance !

I have only used Tylenol when I had a fever and I used honey and lime when I had a cough.

There is a nasal spray that is safe to use when you really need it, I got the Winco generic brand and it has been a lifesaver. Oxymetazoline is the active ingredient.
