Yes I'm trying to figure this out too. I'm Panamanian and my son's  dad is black and we don't know what to put down on his paoerwork lol.

Do you mean race? I mean I myself am Hispanic, my husband is AA; but my oldest two took after him & my youngest two took after me when it comes to genetics. At the end of the day, if you have a biracial or multiracial background, you are both/all. Sure you can identify more with one, but that doesn't mean X out the other(s).

For example, my oldest 👇🏼
& my youngest, 👇🏼

Same father, same mother just made differently.

As far as ethnicity, my kids are informed on their Dominican & their AA culture. Though my oldest identify more with their Dominican culture, because that's what they've been exposed to daily since birth (they're 8 & 9 now.). They now are exposed more to their AA culture, so I'm sure as time goes on they'll be able to identify more with it as well.

I start to just write other, 'cause no matter how I put her race someone always change it
