How do you ride on top?

Okay, well instinctively my body says roll my hips back and forth when on top of him but then I wonder if you're not supposed to go up and down instead? But that seems like such a struggle!! So how do I do it...???

I move my hips back and forth and my guy is absolutely obsessed.

I used to be nervous because I have hip problems and didn't wanna hurt myself. Over time though I got stronger and one day I just let loose and I remember him saying "what the hell" because it was such a good change.
