Is this a no no? Im clueless

So due to heavy bleeding my doc placed me on pelvic rest. I've been on it for 2 weeks now, and haven't had any bleeding since. Tonight my husband and I was fooling around and he was rubbing on my crotch and sucking on my nipples. I DID NOT get off and have an orgasm as bad I really wanted to.. and I made sure NOTHING not even a finger entered inside me. But, I am worried over him sucking on my nipples and rubbing my crotch. Guys I've never been on pelvic rest before so sorry if this sounds totally dumb but would this messed up my pelvic rest??
