flu-like labor?

Question

Has anyone else gone into labor feeling like they had a flu? Curious to hear my friend is due in three weeks and I think she might be dealing with what I did when I was that far into my pregnancy!

I've never had flu like symptoms during labor or leading up to labor. With my daughter my water just broke 8 weeks early, my second oh man I was out shopping and kept getting tunnel vision with braxton hicks. I seriously had to sit down in the middle of the store then find the straight to leave by 12 am I was in labor. 
My third I didn't feel anything at all and just woke up to contractions. Every pregnancy is different and she could be getting sick or she could be going into labor. I just got over the flu while pregnant not fun.

I did with my first because I was on a magnesium drip... hot flashes, cold sweats, sick to my stomach, dry heaving.

I was induced for preeclampsia

Once hard contractions started I felt like I had to puke or sit on the toilet. Never threw. Up but had horrible diarrhea, it made it impossible to get ready quickly.
