I'm 22w 5d and occasionally I'll feel a tightness in my belly that lasts from 10 to 30 seconds. I'm not sure if I should be concerned or not. This is my first pregnancy so I don't know what to expect

BH are totally normal. I've been having them almost my entire pregnancy, and as a fourth time mom, I recognize them earlier and earlier. As long as it's just a tightness in your belly, and you're not feeling any downward pressure, they should lighten up with a change of position (sitting to standing), and some water.

BH is Totally normal. All women have them beginning in the first trimester. Some women never feel them and some women feel them right away. Your entire abdomen will get rock hard for about the time frame you describe and sometimes it can be uncomfortable but it should never be very painful.
