My symptoms have disappeared 
I did have sickness , headache , dizziness , heartburn!!!

Don't worry. It's completely normal for symptoms to come and go or sometimes just go. You will likely have point in your pregnancy around the second trimester when you don't feel pregnant at all for a couple of months. Not all women experience some or all of the classic pregnancy symptoms and it's not any kind of a reflection on the strength of your pregnancy.
