features @ 7 weeks?

Hi ladies, just zoomed into my ultrasound and I think I see the baby's features.. the baby is laying on it's back & from right to left, it looks like the baby's head & face & the nub is where I drew the check mark.. do you ladies see it to or am I over reacting? Lol

My doctor said it's pretty impossible to tell what's the head and what's the butt at that early, lol
