Day 8 and still can only pump about 5-10mls. Am breast feeding every 4 hours feeding for 30 minutes and then expresssing for 20 minutes giving her whatever I have expressed and then formula feeding her about 70mls every feed. Am currently taking domperidone, haven't noticed a difference yet. Pretty sure I am wasting my time, after much googling I think I have tubular breasts. Anyone else the same?
