Constant hard stomach?

I know when your belly tightens it's BH, but for the past few nights I feel like my belly is hard almost constantly😖 Anyone experience this? I'm 37+5 and so uncomftorable.

My belly is almost always hard. I asked my doctor at my last appointment (30 weeks) and he said it's probably the position of the baby. In carrying small so I think he's pretty much always pushed against the outside of my belly.
