Losing weight?!

Question

Is it ok or normal to lose weight in the 1st trimester with twins? Everytime I weigh myself I've lost weight. I am already down 4 lbs. I eat all the time but nothing. And I do not have morning sickness so everything I do eat stays down. I'm scared it will hurt my babies

Ive had the exact same problem..... my weight now at almost 30 weeks is less than what i was wen i found out i was pregnant.  
My ob gyn says its absolutely normal, as long as ur taking ur vitamins ect and baby is growing at the rate they need to, you shouldnt be concerned. My baby boy is a little vamp lol. Sucking all my iron and calcium dry! I eat n eat n eat but not picking up weight anywhere except my belly.

I wouldn't worry, your babies will be getting what they need from what your eating. Mention it to your health care provider, I have lost weight and currently I weigh less than I did prepregnancy. My doctors arranged a scan to make sure baby was growing ok and all is fine with baby.

That's not a lot of weight plus you're carrying two, sounds fine to me but talk to your doctor to be sure
