June 7th! Midwife said my cervix is still quite high 😔 and I couldn't even have a sweep because it was basically closed. Only had minimal mucus plug coming out.

Trying to have sex and walk about a lot. I did some house work today. I eat spicy food normally anyway so it has no effect on me.

The only good sign is the horrendous period cramps I'm getting all day everyday. Over the last week I've had to take pain killers every night
