i have the flu 😩

so over this, i am 37 weeks and i got the flu been shaking and cold i dont know what to do anymore, doct dont let me take any only tylenol and is not working! today is my 5th day, i cant sleep at night and yesterday when i was coughing i started to trhow bloody mucus from my mouth, everytime i get contractions ... 😩😩
