My 4 month old is congested and has a terrible cough so shes not sleeping well. Her pediatrician said that theres nothing I could do but use saline spray and a nasal aspirator to help her breath but it doesnt seem to help her much. I read online that rubbing baby vicks vaporub on her feet and covering them with socks will help her but I'm not sure if it'll work. Has anybody else done this? Has it worked?
