kidney stone/kidney infection with pic of brown discharge possible tmi picture!

I have a history of kidney stones due to some other health issues. I'm a little over 7 weeks and believe I'm suffering from another kidney stone or infection. I wondered if anyone knew if this could cause discharge of old blood or brown spotting (especially egwcm with a dark brown tint)?
