I'm back to work so I try to pump four times a day, however it's usually only 3. My morning pump (after a feeding) is between 6-8oz. My two pups during the work day are 4-5 and my "sometimes" pump after work is 4-5. My girl is only 2 months and drinks around 2ounces every 2 hours so I'm just building a freezer stash. I just finished my second power pump, anxious to see what it does for my production!

I've never got more then 3oz after my supply regulated. I would maybe get 4oz in the early days, and now that I don't pump often I only get 1-2oz. I still save whatever I get and have a small stash in my deep freezer. It's about 100oz. Every OZ counts. If you need to just save it all until the end of the day, combine it together and freeze that way. Since my baby is EBF, when he does have milk he will only drink 3oz bottles still.
