Super leaky breast at 28 weeks

I have had my nipples pierced before but now I don't have them anymore and for the most part all the holes are healed but one and in the morning I have colostrum and just loves to leak out of it. IDK how to make it stop. Any suggestions? Should I start pumping a little?
