pubic pain, SPD... 37 weeks + 4
For at least a month I've had pain when putting on pants, getting out of bed... pretty much anytime I have to move my legs independently from each other... my pubic bone just radiates with pain.
I have taken to moving around like a mermaid, with my legs together- but this really only works in bed :/
I know it's somewhat 'normal' or at the very least common- mostly I just wanted to complain and hear that others are in the same boat, haha.
And waddling. The waddling!!! 😔
