Tips to DELAY labor??

My mother and sister are flying from the states all the way to where we live in Europe. Arriving on my due date!! I am trying to not go into labor before then if I can help it. I really want them to be here for the birth!! Anyone have any tips on how to delay labor? TIA!

I'm at risk for preterm labor and asked my doctor if there was anything I could do to delay labor and keep the babies in their longer. Basically I was told without medical intervention there is nothing that can really be done to prevent labor. The best you can really do is avoid sex, nipple stimulation, spicy foods, and exerting yourself to much.

Don't have sex. And avoid nipple stimulation. Other than that I don't think there's anything else you could do to stop it😕
