Have my first doctor appointment today in half an hour and I'm nervous I haven't slept all night and when I did I dreamt the sonographer told me I actually wasn't pregnant.... I'm exhausted and really don't know what to expect, I took another hpt this morning just to make sure and thought the line wasn't going to be there.... anyone else so ridiculously nervous and imagining every worst case scenario
