pregnant and son only 4 months..

Ok so long story short.. I have pcos and had to use clomid to get pregnant with my 4 month old only today to do a test and come back positive with using nothing thinking about abortion as it's hard with just a 4 month old let alone a new born? But has anyone had kids that close together??? Don't no what to do
