I just found out I'm pregnant

I'm twenty three years old and just found out I'm pregnant last night...I'm six weeks...but I'm concerned because at 18 I had an abortion when I was raped and I'm scared it will affect this baby...any thing you guys think I should be aware of or concerned I still need to book my first appointment
