spoiled baby?

Anyone think their baby is spoiled? My babygirl cries SOOO much when I put her down, she literally will cry at the top of her lungs and raise her arms for me to pick her up... I don't know how to stop her or stop it😩😩😩 literally can't get anything done

Yes. I took the advice from ppl on here saying I can't spoil a newborn but now he's 8 months and spoiled.

Oooh yes. If he's feeling fussy and sees me walking toward his jumper he screeeeeams. I think it's the separation anxiety that's normal around this age. I find its better if I put him in it facing away so his back is to me as I walk away (to go to the bathroom, or wherever) and don't look back or wave. That seems to make it worse, when I call attention to the fact that I'm leaving him there.

I think it's just a phase. Now is the time when separation anxiety starts becoming noticeable. This doesn't mean your baby is spoiled. It means she's teaching a new cognitive milestone in being able to recognize when she's in mommy's arms or when you're farther away. It should pass. Just be patient. I usually try to distract my boy with a toy rather than picking him up right away, but if he gets too worked up I pick him up sooth him, and go for a little walk around the house to get him into a happy mood again. Then I put him down and try again.
