Pain after sex

So i got an iud a little while ago and my boyfriend and i have sex without a condom. and i started to see signs of pregnancy but i linda ignored them until i couldn't fine the strings to my iud, so i'm waiting for my period to see if i'm pregnant. but today we had sex and it was wally rough and it hurts to pee, i'm pretty sure i'm just sore, but i'm worried that it could be something else wrong or that i'm pregnant.
