Anybody else have a physically exhausting job while they were pregnant? I have a 17 month old and got my first nursing job in January. It's on an incredibly busy, stressful, frustrating, physically/mentally exhausting floor. My husband and I have been talking about having another child and I feel ready for another one, but I just remembered how hard my job can be and it makes me truly nervous. Idk if I'll be able to cope and do my job effectively without putting too much strain on my body. I mean, nurses know, it's not uncommon to barely drink water or pee all day because of how busy we get. Am I being stupid to worry about this?
