Ok, so I never experienced this with my other 2 pregnancies. I had diarrhea, clear discharge and intense lower back cramping yesterday. Now, the diarrhea was twice, the discharge once and the lower back cramps have been going on since 1pm in the afternoon until now and I have an on coming migraine. I've taken Tylenol already and walking, setting or laying down does not help. The cramping is also traveling now to the front as well.
