drenched in sweat at 3am??

Anyone else?? The bedroom temp is always between 62 degrees and 66 degrees, but I'm still drenched in sweat around 3am!! 😭 except in the morning after my husband leaves for work, then I'm freezing!! So difficult to find a good, comfortable temperature!! 😩

Me! Not only do I keep the AC low, I also keep a fan on & yet I still manage to sweat through the night. Come 6am when my husband leaves for I'm freezing & asking him to turn it off lol

Me too, I wake up sweating all the time. Yesterday I walked by my husband and he almost backed himself into the wall. I asked what the heck he was doing and he said I radiate too much heat lol. I thought I was the only one who felt it.
