Strained ligament in back

Kat • I am a Texan abroad with my sweet hubby and a beautiful 19 month old daughter and trying to conceive our second child.
Has anyone else strained a ligament in their lower back? I am 33 wks and did it this morning while bending down to get a Tupperware this morning. Has this happened to anyone else? How long did it last? Did you stop working? Thanks!
