So when you're trying to lose weight, you're not supposed to drink alcohol. But anytime I drink, I lose weight. Anytime I don't, I gain weight. I'm talking hard alcohol, not beer. I always drink vodka and juice, and I try and prepare myself to have gained weight from it. But when I step on the scale in the morning, it shows that I've lost at least 1 pound. I'm definitely not complaining but I was wondering if anyone knew why it would work that way?
