Ive been on a diet for over a month now and ive lost 6lbs. I track all my calories and work out when i can. I have 1200 calories allowed for the day. I have had days when i had 600 calories left over and anything under. Im not starving myself i eat when im hungry till im full. But everyday it tells me im not eating enough. My mom thinks my habds have been shaking because im not eating enough but im not hungry could this be why?
