Still spotting for weeks

So when I was about 7 weeks I woke up and when I Went to use the bathroom I wiped and went to flush noticing red blood. Wiped again and immediately started crying. Woke my boyfriend up with we need to go to the er I'm looking the baby. He jumped up on my way I called the Obgyn on call they said to wait and come their as soon as they open. I did they did a ultrasound and said everything looked perfect and we seen the heart beat 135. We haven't had sex since then because the Dr said not to and we don't want to do anything to risk losing the baby. I have been spotting almost every day for the past couple weeks. Only when I use the bathroom and nothing major. Went to the Dr last week to do another ultrasound and I was 9 weeks 2 days and again we heard the heartbeat and seen the baby Dr said everything was perfect. This never happened in my other 3 pregnancies and its all new and scary. I feel bad for my boyfriend because I know he wants to have sex but I don't feel comfortable until I stop bleeding.

Anyone else experience this
