pumping help
Hello
I am starting to pump after 3 weeks of exclusive breastfeeding. I plan to pump and feed her. My question is.. how do I pump and breastfeed without over producing? Today I fed her and then pumped on the breast she last fed for 5 minutes and then switched to the other breast for 5 minutes. I plan on pumping in the morning and in the evening. Is that too much or too little? I need some help.. I am so confused with trying to incorporate the pump😔
