I'm giving up

I think i am around 9 dpo and looks as though my temps are dropping I've been TTC since September last year had a MC in march this year at 8 weeks and been trying desperately since also been having reflexology for relaxation but my temps should surely be higher am preparing myself for the arrival of AF and afterwards i give up
