when do you stop sterilising bottles ???

When do you stop sterilising bottles for your baby and just go to cleaning them with washing up liquid ???  My baby is 5 months old now and has had all his injections for the time being, his next ones aren't until he's 13 months old.

So when should i stop sterilising his bottles ????

I do it. Just because it's easy and I have the sterilizer so why not. Also, I don't trust my husband to wash them well. 😜

I don't think ever. It's not about injections, but thrush you have to worry about. I never sterilized them daily I only did it once a week. I even do his sippy cups like that now

I sterilized mine before use the first time, after that I've only done it twice in 4 months I think. Usually I just use hot soap water and wash them real good

I live in the U.K. and here we sterilise bottles for as long as we give babies formula. Don't think it's necessary to sterilise if you feed baby breast milk.

I never sterilized them except when I first got them. I just throw everything in the dishwasher and occasionally hand wash them.

I still sterilize her paci's and bottle nippes every so often, but I just throw bottles in dishwasher. I looked into the sterilizer for dr brown bottles, but ped said we didn't need it. I just use sterilize setting on dishwasher and but the in by themselves

You don't have to sterilize them at all. Hot soapy water is enough
