Anyone get more sick after 12 weeks hit?

I thought I was going to feel better soon . Up to now I have gotten occasionally nauseated but never vommiting and a few headaches here and ther.  Yesterday I hit 12 weeks and I honestly am struggling to keep my food down and can barley keep my eyes open due to the headache.  I was spoiled in my past two pregnancies I guess because with my boys I had no morning sickness and felt fine throughout the beginning.
