birth control suggestions?
I don't react good to birth control with hormones, I've tried two different types of the pill and the bar in your arm.
I've been thinking about getting the copper IUD but I've heard some pretty horribly horror stories, I have super heavy periods and bad cramps and I heard that the IUD could make that worse.
I've also heard things about the IUD causing internal bleeding? And I've heard that smoking cigs can while on birth control cause blood clots and I don't plan on quitting any time soon. And I'm a major hypochondriac and I've been told rough sex with the IUD isn't safe? My OB told me most of those are just myths but I'm also worried about how painful it is to put it in?
