Los Angeles mamas?

Question

Ok how do you ladies (from any area) make momma friends? Our friends have moved away and my job was at a very small company so I haven't met anyone new. 
Any LA (Santa Clarita/Valencia/N.Hollywood area) mamas looking to get together?  Preferably close to their 30s but I'm not picky :) 
I hesitated to post on here about this but what the hell lol. Might as well reach out once in a while in case anyone in the area happens to be on!

Meetup.com, Facebook groups, Gymboree classes, and when he went to daycare at 11 months I began to meet other moms there. I work for myself from home so it can be very isolating, and my friends aren’t parents so they don’t tend to do kid-friendly things. I’m really devoted to my mom life and I WANT to be with my son, I don’t want to find a sitter for him and leave him behind all the time so I can be social (sometimes for some events, sure, I’m not knocking that at all). So I have had to be very creative about enhancing my social circle. 
There’s also Yelp Events and Eventbrite. Just find the family section and find a fun event, there are so many Halloween things this time of year. Don’t worry about going with somebody, you’re not alone, you’re with your baby! I find my son meets people for me.

I just came across but I had the same issue but we’ve gotten used to our duo routine and hang out with family and my hubby on weekends. I’m also in the Valley. I can’t afford any longer but my little and I met some moms in swim class. I also heard about stroller strides but we haven’t tried it out and I don’t want to pay to meet up. My little and I just go on out and about each day and see animals and other kids out at parks zoo or museums. We also take a kids play class through a local community center. There was a cool app called momco but for some reason they shut it down shortly after I signed up. It had a ton of local moms on there for meet ups.
