Fish fingers and pregnancy question!
Hello i am 14 weeks pregnant and just ate 3 fish fingers as i was finishing the 3rd one im unsure whether they are cooked properly.. are fish fingers pre cooked? It was the woolworths brand ive eaten.. now im concerned.. should i worry? The fish they used is Hake.
