Helpful pcos book- worth a read
My boss gave me a book on pcos, which started reading and I didn't realise before that certain foods can make symptoms worse.
Apparently dairy can make symptoms worse, and I'm a big dairy fan so it's going to be hard to reduce this but going to try!
Also says that unrefined food instead of refined helps too.
Even a small change like wholewheat/ brown foods over white ( breads, pasta, rice etc) can help
Has a list of supplements and herbs which are good for pcos and why.
