Ovulating while Still on AF
Hubby and I have been TTC for 6 1/2 years now. The only diagnosis and/or "problem" is I have PCOS. We've been to fertility specialist, tried <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>, Clomid, trigger shots, etc. No luck. At that point doctor wanted us to do two more cycles of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> and if no luck consider <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>. It was all getting too emotionally draining and expensive.
We decided to put it completely in God's hands and stop doing the "extra" things. We are still trying, and it's still emotionally draining at times, but we know God has a purpose and a plan that is much greater and higher than our understanding.
Anyhow my question is, if my period runs anywhere from 4-8 days and my follicular phase (and point of ovulation is around/at 8 days...how do I TTC? I mean I understand how and I get there are people that still have intercourse while on their periods but this seems very gross, uncomfortable and messy. So if my period is still flowing when I hit my ovulation date, Should we just suck it up and deal with it in order to try? Anyone have any tips for this??
