I'm 30+2 weeks pregnant. Yesterday at 1:02pm I had what I think is a contraction, but I'm not sure. It feels like painful tightening on the right side of my stomach (the red circle on the picture is where I feel the tightening and ignore my scarred belly button 😂). I couldn't exactly tell where one bout of tightening ended and another began. I think maybe it was happening every 10 minutes for 45 minutes, but I can't be sure. Well, it just happened again, but its seemingly gone now and only lasted for about two minutes. What tf is this? My doctor isn't answering. My friends keep suggesting BH contractions, but I have no idea.
