5 weeks pregnant and Bleeding... PLEASE HELP

I went to the emergency room last night because I had blood like this. It all but went away this morning, but now it is back. I have a 5 cm cyst that he thinks could be contributing but they also saw a sac in my womb, and I had had a cyst before, so I don't think it is ectopic. Please tell me this is normal, and not a miscarriage

**update**

I was able to get ahold of an on call gynecologist, and she basically said the ER can't do anything for me because baby is not big enough to see yet. So I have to wait until tomorrow for them to do more blood tests.
