So I crashed pretty bad a few days ago on my road bike and kinda hit hard on my left side (hip and lower area) Then I crashed two days after that and hit my hip again pretty hard. Now my period is three days late. Is it possible that hitting so hard would affect my period?? I'm worried. The past few months my period has been a day or two early. So I do know what to think. Please help!!
