night time body sweat

Does anyone else wake up in a full on body sweat? Or is it just me....I have the temp set to 66 in our house PLUS have our ceiling fan on high in our bedroom and I wake up in a full on body sweat. All I wear is a t shirt and shorts. I'll be 37 weeks this Wednesday
