activated charcoal?

Is activated charcoal safe during pregnancy? I had Thai food for lunch today & I ate potstickers that were COLD in the middle. I've read online that it says it's safe, because it doesn't get absourbed into the blood stream but on the back of the bottle it says CAUTION during pregnancy & breastfeeding?!

It's safe. I use it while breastfeeding too. I asked my OB and he said they are safe and they just put the warning like they do in all the meds with insufficient research. 
Yes, the charcoal doesn't get absorbed it absorbs all the bad things in our body and we pass the charcoal in our BMs.

What do cold potstickers have to do with activated charcoal?

Why would you be using activated charcoal?
 
Potstickers and dumplings are almost always already precooked.  Unless made 100% fresh, the meat is usually cooked.
 
So unless the meat was pink, even cold you are okay.
